• Prices are for stays of 7 days starting and ending on Saturday, tourist tax not included, the apartments are available from 14:00 of the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 on day of departure.
• In case of different needs as the early arrival or late departure must give us warning  by telephone.
•  In case of early departure, refund is not included.
• The apartment is considered booked after the payment of 30% of the total amount (by bank transfer or credit card) and after received your e-mail with all the particulars and confirmation. The balance will be paid at check-in.
• Upon arrival you are asked to pay € 100.00 security deposit that will be returned on departure after inspection of the apartment.
• All apartments are sanitized and decontaminated according to anti-covid19 protocols.
